PDF documents and photos (JPG or PNG). If you have a Word, Excel or PowerPoint file, export it as a PDF first so it prints exactly as you see it. You can add up to 15 files to one order.

Both work. The website lets you upload, configure, pay and track from any browser. The app adds QR printing at the counter, saved files, offers and the referral programme.

Number of copies, colour or black and white (for the whole file or only chosen pages), single or both sides, page size (A4 and more where the shop supports it), orientation, scale and pages per sheet. The preview shows the exact print order of pages before you pay.

Choose Both under colour and type the colour page numbers, for example 3, 5-6. The rest prints in black and white and is billed at the B&W rate. Auto colour detection can suggest the colour pages for you.

Each partner shop sets its own rates, so the price is shown per shop before you pay. Black and white A4 pages start at ₹1 to ₹2 and colour at ₹5 to ₹10 at most shops, with lower per-page rates for larger jobs and extra copies. Some shops add a small convenience fee, which is shown on the bill.

Online through PhonePe: UPI, debit and credit cards or net banking. There is no cash payment, which is what lets the shop start printing the moment you pay.

The payment did not reach us and no job was sent to the shop. PhonePe or your bank reverses such amounts automatically, usually within 5 to 7 working days. See our refund policy for details.

Yes. Reward points can pay for up to 75% of a bill and coupons assigned to your account are applied at checkout. You earn ₹5 in rewards when a friend you referred completes a first print, and they earn ₹5 too.

At the partner shop you chose while ordering. Show the order number from My orders (the app also shows a QR code) at the counter and the shop hands over your printout.

The shop's printer starts the job as soon as your payment succeeds. Most orders are ready within a few minutes; the tracking screen shows the live queue and an estimated time.

Yes, while the order is still waiting in the shop's queue. Cancelling then refunds the full amount to the payment method you used. Once printing has started the order cannot be cancelled.

Files travel over HTTPS and go straight to the printer of the shop you chose; nothing is forwarded on WhatsApp or copied to a pen drive. Shop staff see only the print job, not your account. Our privacy policy explains what we store and for how long.
